1. Will I receive a confirmation email for my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email from the FreshToDeff.com Payment and Billing Department right after placing your order. This email will contain a link to check the status of your order. You will also receive a payment receipt email from PayPal right after placing your order. Please remember that all emails will be sent to the primary email address that you entered during checkout or the email address associated with your PayPal account (if applicable).

2. How will I know that my order has been shipped?

When your package has been shipped out, you will receive an order status update email with the USPS tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by clicking the link in your order confirmation email. Please remember that all emails will be sent to the email you entered during checkout or the email address associated with your PayPal account (if applicable).

3. When will my order be shipped?

For Stock Items

On average, all regular orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Once they have been shipped, they will arrive via USPS in 4-10 days depending on your location and you will need to sign for your package when it is delivered. You can check the status of your order by clicking on the link in your confirmation email sent to you after placing your order.

For Custom Items

CURRENT PROCESSING TIME FOR ALL CUSTOM AF1'S IS ABOUT 4-6 WEEKS.

If you order a pair of our Custom Air Force 1's, we ask you to allow about 20-30 BUSINESS days for them to be shipped since the customization process takes time and because we receive numerous custom orders each day. Please note that during times of high demand, wait time may be slightly longer. Any additional pairs of Custom Air Force 1's that you order will be an additional 10-15 business days to ship. If you order a pair of Custom Air Force 1's along with another different type of item, that item will not be shipped until the custom shoes are completed so that they can be shipped together.

Please note that business days do NOT include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holidays. Once they have been shipped, they will arrive via USPS Priority Mail in 2-3 postal days and you will need to sign for your package when it is delivered (international locations take 6-10 days). You can check the status of your order by clicking on the link in your confirmation email sent to you after placing your order.

4. Can I exchange or return my product after receiving it?

No, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are only allowed if you received the wrong item or size or the item you received has damage or a defect. All returns/exchanges MUST be requested and approved by FreshToDeff.com prior to shipping the merchandise back and must be returned in brand new, unworn condition or a refund/exchange will not be granted. Please read our policies for further information.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit card payments and PayPal only. To pay with credit or debit, simply "Add to Cart" the items you wish to purchase and then click "Checkout." If you have a PayPal account, you will use it to make your payment. If you do not, simply enter your credit card information while checking out and it will be processed through PayPal even though you do not have an account. Please note that PayPal is a FREE service and is also one of the most secure payment methods to use online.

6. I have not received any emails regarding my order or shipping information. Why is that?

All emails regarding your order are sent to the primary email address that you entered during checkout or the email address associated with your PayPal account (if applicable). Please make sure to check that email inbox as well as your bulk mail for our emails. You will automatically receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, as well as anytime the status of your order has changed, or shipping tracking information has been entered. If you are still having trouble, or do not know what email address we have on file for you, please send an email to payment@freshtodeff.com.

7. Do I have to have a PayPal account to be able to place an order?

No, PayPal is simply our credit cad processor and you do NOT need an account to place an order.

8. Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, we ship internationally for the flat rate price per order of $24.99 and an additional price of $10.00 per item.

Privacy

FreshToDeff.com never shares customer information with a third party. All order data is securely processed to complete the order and confidentiality is guaranteed. FreshToDeff.com does not have access to any customer payment information. All payment information is securely processed by PayPal and they are prohibited in using your information in any other way but to charge you for the order.

Payment Methods

- We accept credit/debit card payments through PayPal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to be able to place an order. However, if you have a PayPal account, it is recommended that you use it to place your order.

Ordering and Shipping

- You will receive a receipt of your payment from PayPal via email after you have placed your order. You will also receive an order confirmation email from our Payment and Billing Department after placing your order. This email will contain a link to check the status of your order.

- FreshToDeff.com only ships to the billing or confirmed address of the credit card you are using.

- Shipping on all U.S. orders is a flat rate of $7.00 per order. All international orders are a flat rate price per order of $24.99 and an additional price of $10.00 per item.

- The shipping process is as follows: Order processing time takes 1-5 business days. Once processing is done, items are shipped from our manufacturer. It will take 4-10 days thereafter for your merchandise to arrive at your location. If there is a delay in your order for any reason, you will be notified via email. All orders for Custom Air Force 1's take approximately 20 business days to be shipped to allow time for customization. This time limit is for EACH pair of Custom shoes. For example, if you order two pairs of Custom shoes in one order, please allow double the time.

- All items are shipped via USPS and you need to sign for your package when it is delivered. If the customer is not home when the package is delivered, a notice will be left and they will attempt to re-deliver it the next day. If the customer is not home for the delivery the second day, it is the customer's responsibility to pick it up at the post office that same day. If a package is returned to sender (FreshToDeff.com) because the customer did not claim the package, the package will either be re-shipped to the customer with an additional shipping charged or refunded minus a 23% restocking fee.

- You will receive a USPS tracking number for your package.

Items and Availability

- All items are in U.S. Men's, Women's, Youth, or Kid's sizes as are labeled as such on our website.

- All shoes are in brand new, deadstock condition and come in their box (Jordans also include Retro card).

- All items are subject to availability. Because we are one of the largest urban wear companies, our stock changes daily. If for some reason the item(s) that you ordered is/are out of stock or on back order, you will be notified via email as soon as possible and you MUST change your item. If no response is received from the customer within 48 hours of being notified that they must choose a replacement product, we reserve the right to choose a similar replacement for the out of stock product(s). If the item you ordered is out of stock, but there is an extremely similar item that is in stock, we reserve the right to ship that item to you without notification. However, this will only occur when we have another item nearly identical to the one ordered.

- Customers may not change the style/size of an item or cancel an order after it has been processed.

Returns

- All sales are final. Returns and exchanges will only be allowed in the following instances: 1) Wrong item received - Example: ordered bphd085 (based on invoice), received bphd023 2) Wrong size received - Example: order size 8, received size 10 (based on tags) 3) Received item with damage/defect (digital picture must be provided)

- All returns/exchanges MUST be approved by FreshToDeff.com by contacting the Shipping Department via email at shipping@freshtodeff.com within 3 days of receiving the item.

- The item must be sent back within 3 days AFTER being approved by the Shipping Department and must be returned in brand new unworn condition. The buyer must pay for their own shipping costs.

- Refund will not be granted until the item has been received back. Item must be shipped within 3 days of being approved by FreshToDeff.com. If item is shipped after 3 days, the refund will not be granted.
